Learn to create a variety of foods originating from Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia! Our menu includes Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Nuoc Cham, Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Easy Chicken Curry with Jasmine Rice.  This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
