Escape the valley heat and spend the day in this gem of the San Francisco Bay. Explore and discover the rich history, robust arts community, great shopping and dining, all in a pleasant atmosphere. Spend the morning at the Benicia Peddlers Fair, showcasing products such as; period furniture, decorative art, vintage textiles and fashion, pottery, porcelain, paintings, jewelry and much more. In the afternoon, take a docent lead tour of the Benicia Capitol State Historic Park, the site of California's third seat of government (1853-1854). It is the only pre-Sacramento Capitol that survives. Register by July 9, 2018; call for availability after that date.
