Expand your skills by learning more advanced techniques than in Sushi 101 (although NOT a prerequisite). Menu will include Tuna Shrimp Roll with Green Onions and Spicy Sambal, California Hand Roll, Reverse Shrimp Tempura Roll with Cucumber topped with Eel Sauce, and Miso Soup. Included in the class fee will also be a sushi rolling mat that's yours to keep. This is a hands-on class so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. We will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
