Take the ultimate staycation and bring the islands to your own backyard! Come learn about Hawaiian cuisine, a harmonious blend of many cultures including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Philippine, and Portuguese. Our focus will be on foods traditionally served at Luaus such as Easy Kalua Pig, Chicken Long Rice, Fried Rice, Island Style Macaroni Salad, Ahi Poke, and Rum and Mint Pineapple Boats. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. We will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
