Tomatoes are the classic fruit (yes, fruit!) of summer and in this class we will explore the variety of ways they can be used, as well as preparation and nutrition. Our menu will include Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes with Olives, Anchovies and Capers; Classic Spanish Gazpacho; Penne with Vodka Pancetta Tomato Sauce; and Pulled Pork Tacos with Pico de Gallo. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. We will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
