Freezer Jam, Jelly, Chutney and Conserve

Preserve the bounty of summer by making a variety of jams and jellies that can be frozen and used throughout the holidays. You will learn to make Classic Strawberry Jam, Rosemary Wine Jelly, Spicy Tomato-Pepper Chutney, and Apple Raisin Walnut Conserve. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. We will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
