Create easy, and in most cases make-ahead appetizers, perfect for the upcoming holiday season. Our menu will include: Endive Spears with Gorgonzola, Dried Cranberry, and Walnut Relish, Smoked Salmon Salad in Cucumber Cups, Shrimp in Sherry-Paprika Garlic Sauce, Olive Tapenade with Crostini, Potato and Chive Croquettes, and Lemon-Herb Marinated Mixed Vegetables. Plus, two bonus recipes to take home: Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms and Hot Crab and Artichoke Dip. Materials: $15 at class.
