Shellfish has a reputation for being difficult to cook, but in this class we will calm your fears and show you how easy it is to create these classic shellfish dishes: Shrimp Risotto, Mussels with White Wine and Shallots, Pan Seared Scallops with Sautéed Spinach, and Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce. Materials: $15 at class.
