Fancy steakhouses charge a bundle for their All-American favorites, but in this class you will learn to create these classics at a fraction of the cost. Learn the secrets to cooking a steak to juicy perfection, along with all the tasty sides. Our menu will include Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce, Wedge Salad with Housemade Blue Cheese Dressing, Sirloin Steak with Garlic Mushrooms, and Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Materials: $15 at class.
