Cooking is one of life's most basic skills that everyone should know how to do. If you're looking to gain confidence in the kitchen, improve your health, and save some money, then this class is a must! Our menu will include: Simple Salad with Basic Vinaigrette, Easy Chicken and Vegetable Soup, Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry, and Rosemary Pork Chops with Pan Sauce. These are hands-on cooking classes, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. And of course your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials fee $15 due at class.
