Take a culinary cruise to the Caribbean, visiting four popular destinations, as you learn to create: Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Cuban Ropa Vieja, Honduran Rice and Beans, and Key Lime Pie. Materials: $15 at class. These are hands-on cooking classes, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. And of course your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared!
