If you've ever ventured into an Asian market looking for noodles, you may have been overwhelmed by the huge variety. In this class we will be working with a variety of noodles including rice noodles, buckwheat noodles, yam starch noodles, and wheat noodles. Our menu will include: Chilled Buckwheat Noodles with Shoyu Broth, Easy Vietnamese Pho, Chap Chae (Korean Vegetable and Noodle Stir Fry), and Pork Yakisoba. Materials: $15 at class. These are hands-on cooking classes, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. And of course your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared!
