Cooking your favorite foods can be a challenge if you are on a gluten free diet.  Learn what kind of flour to use and when, along with other satisfying alternatives to wheat products. We'll prepare: Fluffy Fresh Fruit Pancakes, Glass Noodle Salad with Shrimp and Lime Vinaigrette, Southern Fried Fish with Fresh Chile Sauce and Mixed Berry Tart with Pastry Cream.This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
