It doesn’t matter if you shop your local farmer’s market, grow your own vegetables, or just shop at your nearby grocery store, these recipes will have you loading up on the season's bounty. Recipes include: Goat Cheese Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes; Sweet Corn Chowder; Peperonata (Bell Pepper, Tomato, and Onion Sauce) with Penne; Cucumber, Carrot, and Cilantro Salad with Honey-Lime Vinaigrette and Mojito Watermelon Salad. This is a hands-on cooking class, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board and apron with you and of course, your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Materials: $15 at class.
