Izakaya are Japanese pubs that serve a variety of small plates to enjoy with sake or beer. Tonight’s menu will include popular dishes typically served in these taverns: Chicken Karaage (Japanese Chicken Nuggets) with Ginger-Soy Dipping Sauce; Fresh Tuna with Miso and Vinegar Dressing; Green Beans with Sesame Dressing; Chilled Tofu with Ginger, Green Onions, and Bonito Flakes; Stuffed Rice Balls; and Beef Yakitori (skewered beef with mirin glaze). Materials: $15 at class.
