Mexican food is so much more than tacos and burritos.  In this class we will explore the complex and unique flavors that are the foundations of authentic Mexican cooking. You will learn to make Spicy Chicken Flautas with Creamy Avocado Salsa, Codfish Veracruz-Style, Easy Pork Chile Verde, and Chicken Mole. You will also receive two bonus recipes to take home and try yourself, Mexican Rice and Drunken Beans! Materials: $15 at class.
