Fall is mushroom season! Explore a variety of mushrooms including standard, wild, and dried and use them in the following recipes: Cream of Mushroom Soup, Wild Mushroom Risotto with Peas, Bucatini with Mushroom Ragu, and Chicken Marsala. Materials: $15 at class.
