Enjoy a hands-on experience via direct participation in the harvest of one ton of grapes and its conversion to 220 gallons of must. Field sample and measure sugar content of grapes, harvest (pick) grapes, transport to and prepare for crush at the winery, conduct the crush, and prepare must for fermentation. Upon completion of crushing and equipment clean up, lunch will be provided followed with a question and answer session.  Must be 21 to attend.
