Receive a step-by-step guide to the development and operation of a small vineyard for wine grape production. You will be introduced to vineyard design, planning, preparation and planting, cultural practices, grapevine physiology, pest management, irrigation and costs. We will also discuss the practical aspects of producing quality wine grapes, including tasting the wine from many varieties. No prior experience needed. Must be over 21.
