Take and Bake Apple Pie

Learn the fundamentals of making a basic, but incredibly delicious apple pie, including tips on making the perfect crust. In addition to bringing the usual (cutting board and chef’s knife) please bring a rolling pin and a cooler or box to take your pie home in. If you’d like, you can bring your own pie dish (9-inch, standard depth would be perfect!), otherwise a foil pie plate will be provided. Materials: $15 at class.
