A bistro is typically a small restaurant serving moderately priced, simple meals. Tonight’s menu will include these French home-style favorites: French Onion Soup, Steak Frites (steak and French fries) with Maitre D’ Butter, Easy Coq au Vin (chicken in wine), and Dark Chocolate Mousse. Materials: $15 at class.
