Saute is a cooking method by which food is cooked quickly over medium-high heat with a small amount of fat. Learn to perfect your skills with these tasty dishes. Menu includes: Chicken Picatta with Sauteed Spinach, Red Snapper Sauteed in Spicy Sesame Ginger-Soy Marinade, Spanish Style Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Easy Green Beans Almondine, Sauteed Spring Vegetables with Thyme and Garlic. Materials: $15 at class.
