Learning to create delicious and nourishing soups is easy, especially if you know the proper techniques. In this class we will highlight quintessential spring vegetables. Our menu will include: Cream of Asparagus Soup, Curried Carrot Soup with Tarragon, Potato and Leek Chowder, and White Bean and Fennel Soup. Materials: $15 at class.

Please read:  These are hands-on cooking classes, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. And of course your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Material fee $15. Class will divide into groups and prepare different recipes to share.
