Skill Focus: Knife Skills

This class is essential to the beginner home cook, as you will learn skills that will help you save money in the kitchen and improve your speed! Although we will not be cooking in this class, you will bring home all the ingredients you chopped, including a whole cut-up chicken, along with two recipes (a stir-fry and soup) to use them in. Please bring your chef's knife, cutting board, apron, and a recycled bag (to carry home your food) with you to class. Materials: $15 at class.

Please read:  These are hands-on cooking classes, so please bring your chef’s knife, cutting board, and apron with you to class. And of course your appetite, as we will be sampling all the dishes prepared! Please bring a plastic bag to bring your food home in. Material fee $15 due at class. Class will divide into groups and prepare different recipes to share.
