Gain health and healing by strengthening the mind and body at the same time. Tai Chi is the ancient Chinese martial art designed to promote both physical health and mental well-being based on the balance of the body’s energy (Chi’). It is composed of non-strenuous, graceful body movements specifically developed to reduce stress and tension. We will learn the wu style—short form. Open to all levels of proficiency.
