Let Veronique shatter the myth that French cuisine is fussy and difficult while you learn the vocabulary of the French kitchen. Open to anyone interested in French culture and gastronomy, this class will provide instructions in English and French so you’ll be reading from the menus at your favorite French restaurant with ease. At the end of the six weeks, we will have a potluck dinner at the instructor’s home to celebrate our great chefs. Let’s have fun! Please bring your favorite French recipe.
